Hoping to live by the words of Ray Harryhausen and Ray Bradbury, Mark Bailey is trying his best to "grow old, but never grow up" and let his inner child go nuts. He was raised by super parents, John and Joyce Bailey, who affectionately let their son watch tons of cartoons and movies while teaching him the life-saving value of laughter. From that childhood surrounded by comic books, Godzilla, Star Wars and the like, a lifelong creative hunger was developed and pursued. While pursuing all he can in animation and film, Mark was also a board member of ASIFA East (Association Internationale du Film d'Animation) and designed their monthly "aNYmator" newsletter.
